What the app stores

• Your shop domain and the Shopify access session needed to run the app.
• The settings you enter: WhatsApp number, message templates, button design and placement options.
• Aggregated daily counts of WhatsApp button clicks per button type (product, cart, drawer, floating).

What the app does not store

No customer names, phone numbers, email addresses, IP addresses, cart contents, WhatsApp message contents or WhatsApp conversations. The WhatsApp message is prepared in the customer's browser and sent by the customer through WhatsApp; it never passes through our servers.

Shopify data access

The app requests only the read_themes permission, used to check whether its theme app embed and blocks are enabled. It does not read or write orders, customers or products through the Admin API.

Your public WhatsApp number

The WhatsApp number you configure is published on your storefront inside WhatsApp links.

Retention and deletion

When you uninstall the app, sessions are deleted immediately. All remaining shop data is deleted when Shopify sends the shop/redact request (48 hours after uninstall).
